(Photo from @tungtongrescue)PHUKET - A Chinese tourist drowned after accidentally falling from a cliff off Kamala bay in Kathu district while taking photos with her friends on Thursday. Her Chinese friends told police that their group, numbering 15, stayed at the villa in tambon Kamala. While taking photos, the victim accidentally fell off the cliff onto the rocks below and then into the sea. A police investigation found that the Chinese friends of the victim arrived in Phuket island province on Tuesday.
